My name is Jacob Wallace, and I am honored to serve F.E. Burleson and the Hartselle City Schools community. Each day, I strive to set aside my own agenda in order to make someone’s life better. While I may not be able to change the entire world in a single day, I believe I can lead, inspire, and encourage others to help change someone’s world.

My calling in education is to help teachers understand their value and the power each one of them have to transform lives. I am convinced that meaningful connections with students is the foundation in reaching them and teaching them. When we invest intentionally in those connections, we have the capacity to influence the academic and personal trajectory of each child’s entire life.

I have dedicated the past seven years to the field of education, most recently serving as a Self-Contained Special Education teacher with Russellville City Schools. I firmly believe that every student has the potential to flourish when equipped with high-quality, intentional instruction, and I view educators as the pivotal catalysts for that success. Guided by an innovative spirit and a servant’s heart, I approach each day as a continual learner, determined to maximize every opportunity to make a difference.

My wife, Alissa, and I are blessed with two wonderful children, and we are excited and blessed to be part of the Hartselle community.
